Personality: When it comes to work Charlie is very determined. There isn’t much that she won’t do to be able to get the samples she needs and she will spend days locked up in her lab, lovingly dubbed the Shack, studying the animal life of the islands with little food or sleep. She’s very caring about her projects. To all the animals that she works with during her projects she does her best to take good care of them and make sure they remain happy and healthy while she’s not working with them. Charlie is awkward, a little timid, strange, and maybe even a little unhinged but generally harmless unless threatened. She has a hard time getting along and interacting with most people. Many people find her strange and tend to avoid her and she has a hard time approaching others. She’s terrified of large crowds and will do anything she can to avoid them. She also sometimes says and does things that many people would consider odd. To those who do take the time to get to know her she is caring and relatively dependable. She cares for those who are close to her and will do her best to help them if they are in need. She’s adventurous, she enjoys going to new places and trying new things when she is out studying and collecting samples. She’s also willing to try other things as well as long as it does not involve going into large crowds. 

History: Charlotte was born the eldest of three to a small family in Lavarre City, Kalos. Growing up Charlie had a hard time fitting in. At school, Charlie did not get along well with most of her classmates, most of them found her rather odd and tended to avoid her. She did have one friend though a boy named Max. She and Max would often spend their time hanging out together in and out of school. They would often hang out outside and spent their time playing and watching different animals together. He would even help Charlie when she was having one of her panic attacks. Once they started going to high school she also became close with one of her science teachers, a teacher that taught biology. Both Charlie and Max started spending time after school to talk to the teacher and ask different questions about animal life. One day came by and Charlie eventually evolved into a zweilous. Charlie gained a split personality, her second one being quiet, cold, and calculating. The second personality worried Max though he stayed by her side and coaxed her into seeing a therapist to help her control it better. Slowly she gained some control over her second personality, though still had difficulties from time to time. Eventually she graduated high school and ended up going to college. Unfortunately both Charlie and Max ended up going into two separate colleges but they decided to continue to write to each other. Now completely on her own Charlie had to start over again, which she found somewhat hard to cope with. She ended up going back into counseling and after a while she was approved for a therapy dog, a growlithe name Zelda. Zelda would help keep her calm and help direct her away from large crowds allowing her to continue her college life. She eventually ended up becoming close to one of her teachers, a zoologist. She would talk to her when she could and she even participated on a few experiments which increased her interest in animal life. She eventually went on to graduate with a major in Zoology. It was also in college where she finally evolved into a hydreigon, giving her more control over her second personality. Shortly after graduating she ended up heading back home town. She started doing her own studies on the wild life near her home town but she eventually wanted to study at a place she had never been to before. One day she ended up learning about several islands that had a lot of animal life living on them. She ended up getting ahold of a person who was moving out and after making a deal with the guy for the house she headed down there hoping for a good life on the islands.

Job: Zoologist (Researcher) - Charlie is researching the very wide variety of Pokémon that can be found there. She wants to see if how they all can coincide so well living on the islands as well as see how evolution over time has effected them compared to their counterparts found in other parts of the world.

Stock Type: Copies of her research papers, Prints (while studying the animals Charlie will often make drawings and sketches of the animals while observing them in their natural habitat. If she finds that a particular drawing or sketch turned out really well she will make prints of it to sell).

Talents: 

- She can turn on and off her ability levitate. She uses her wings to glide from place to place while doing so.

- She’s good at climbing, swimming, and fishing and will often use all three as ways to get samples that she can study.

- She’s pretty good at working with different animals.

Fun facts:

- She suffers from demophobia (fear of crowds or masses of people).  She will start panicking and hyperventilating if she get stuck in a large group of people and Zelda will have to immediately lead her out of it.

- One way to tell she’s getting nervous or anxious is that her wings will start to wrap around her a little

- She hates cold weather

- She generally gets along better with animals than people 

- She’s near-sighted and can’t see well without her glasses

- She loves studying about different animals

- Back from her days of being a Zxeilous she has a second different personality that only shows itself when she’s badly hurt or very angry. This personality is quiet, cold, calculating, and very unforgiving.

- She can sometimes be found pacing back and forth talking to herself. It is not uncommon for her to have full conversations with herself.

- She will always go by her nickname Charlie. Her other personality goes by Charlotte.

- Her Glasses have a tendency to slide down her nose and fall off.  

- She still writes to her friend Max on occasion

- When's she's not outdoors or in lab, she enjoys playing video games and watching movies 

- While she was in Grade School through College she also took some classes in German. She will speak German from time to time, mostly just to keep people from understanding what she is saying while writing down notes for whatever project she's working on or when she's having conversations with herself. 

- While observing animals in the wild she keeps a special scrap book with her. In it she writes information about the animal she is observing as well as pictures she draws herself, small samples of the Pokémon like feathers, fur, and scales, and occasionally photos she manages of takes of the animal.

    -       Zelda works as a service dog. She keeps Charlie calm and guides her away from crowds and other situations that cause Charlie to panic
